Jean-Jacques Perrey (1929-2016) The very last tune that JJ and I worked on, is the very first tune on "The Whimsical Moog". We wrote it together in 2007, shortly after we recorded our final album together, "Destination Space". Jean-Jacques had contributed his crazy sound loops to the melody I had started. Unfortunately, we were not able to continue recording together again, due to JJ's health problems. However, I was able to bring the tune back to life, some 18 years later! Daniel Kitzig Daniel is a musician and electronics repair wizard, living in Germany. He is also an expert player of the extremely rare French musical instrument The Ondioline. He kindly traveled from Germany to my home in Washington State expressly to repair my broken Ondioline. Jean-Jacques had given the instrument to me, years before, but it's voice sadly had fallen silent. Daniel not only brought the Ondioline back to life, but he also played the instrument beautifully on my tune "Plutonian Sitcom TV theme".
